Hope you're feeling at least a wee bit better...I know all too well the feelings & emotions depression can bring on. But at least it's good you're seeking help & talking about it. I've dealt with a lot of "emotional/environmental stress triggers" in my life & then of course those usually end up triggering the chemical if I'm not careful. Basically I've just learned I need to be aware of what's going on in my life, try to keep positive, & try to keep somewhat of a positive support group around so I don't sink. I've discovered there are also a lot of internet support groups too, so that helps a bunch. Well, hope you find what's "bugging" ya & get to the bottom of it.
As for me...I'm trying to hang in there...taking one day at a time...I have my good & my off days...but just trying to stay calm & serene...at least for now...
