Well, depression is seriously crappy. Been going through it since I was 12 and it hasn't exactly gotten easier to handle. Drugs that therapists prescribe don't necessarily work on everyone, but talking is a main factor. You just need to air your grievances and try to do things which make you happy. Go see a therapist, he/she may be able to pinpoint a reason for why it has come up in you. Maybe you're subconsciously upset about certain things in your life that may not seem a major problem, which tend to pile on to each other. Hope you feel better soon! *hugs*
