To start, here's the basic info about me: I've been a vegetarian since June 2014. I would love to be vegan but my parents make sure that I eat eggs (they let me drink almondmilk/soy milk). I am mostly in charge of my diet and am currently avoiding processed & high fat foods.
I've been wondering a lot about the different types of veganism (e.g. raw diet) so my biggest question is if you are a vegan (or vegetarian) are there specific guidlelines you follow for your diet other than the exclusion of meat/animal products? Do you limit fat intake or avoid processed foods or anything like that?
